I tried this recipe when I saw it on Alton's "Good Eats" program. I love it, and highly recommend it, anytime. Alton, by the way, prepared this in a fireplace over red-hot wood embers, using traditional fireplace utensils, but it was quite good prepared over the red hot coils of my electric range...I'm frankly surprised there weren't any responses to this deelicious entry...
