I don't have a cocktail blog, but i've noticed two classic standouts have not been posted and wanted to throw them in the mix (sorry 'bout the pun) so they can be represented. La Rosita (sometimes just called Rosita) 1 1/2 oz tequilla (I use a reposado at my bar) 1/2 oz dry vermouth 1/2 oz sweet vermouth 1/2 oz Campari Stir, serve in a chilled cocktail glass (I've also seen a dash of bitters and lemon twist garnish, but I personally don't use them) And one I'm surprised hasn't made it in since it's so popular in Mexico... The Paloma 3 oz fresh grapefruit juice 1/2 oz fresh lime juice 2 oz silver tequilla Shake, strain into ice-filled highball glass Top with Sprite, garnish with a lime wedge Nice to see so many cool tequilla cocktails, gonna have to pilfer a few and try them out on my regulars...
